Chef Hugo Arias, an expert in International and Asian cuisine, spent over 18 years working in some of the best hotels in Costa Rica, including the Hotel Los Sueños by Marriott, Hotel Marriott in San José and JW Marriott in Guanacaste.
After years of honing his craft, Chef Hugo recognized the need for private, personalized meal services, as an opportunity to offer guests the kind of cuisine they would expect in a top restaurant — but delivered directly to their vacation home, villa, or special event.
