Founded in 2012 by Chef Hugo Arias, our company was built on years of experience in professional hospitality and restaurant operations. With more than 18 years working alongside internationally recognized hotel brands such as Marriott and Meliá, Chef Hugo developed the standards of quality, organization, and service that continue to define our company today.
What began as a single private chef has grown into a carefully selected team of culinary professionals. Today, our chefs bring backgrounds from renowned hotels and resorts, cruise lines, private events, and international hospitality. Every chef who joins us is chosen not only for culinary skill, but for professionalism, reliability, and the ability to create a comfortable, memorable experience for our guests.
